These terms govern use of the LeadHound Chrome extension, related backend services and PRO subscription.
LeadHound is a productivity tool that helps users organize publicly displayed local-business information encountered during user-selected Google Maps searches. Features may change as browser interfaces and third-party services evolve.
You agree to use LeadHound lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for your outreach, marketing, data handling and compliance with applicable privacy, anti-spam, telemarketing and platform rules. You must not use LeadHound to harass individuals, facilitate fraud, violate applicable law, bypass access controls, or conduct unlawful automated activity.
LeadHound interacts with third-party services including Google Maps and Stripe. LeadHound is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies. Availability of functionality may depend on third-party interfaces and policies, which can change without notice.
The free plan currently provides up to 200 unique leads per eligible device/profile. The free allowance is intended as a one-time product trial and may be protected by technical anti-abuse controls.
LeadHound PRO is offered at US$9.99 per month unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Billing is processed by Stripe. Users can manage or cancel an active subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal when available from the extension.
Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally remains available through the paid billing period unless required otherwise by law or payment status. Taxes may apply depending on location.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already charged are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support promptly.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords or attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription controls.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Because LeadHound depends in part on browser and third-party website interfaces, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
LeadHound does not guarantee that every business listing will contain a telephone number, that information displayed by third-party services is accurate, or that any collected lead will become a customer. Public availability of contact information does not itself constitute consent for marketing outreach.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadHound is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service, third-party platform changes, user outreach activities or reliance on third-party business information.
Access may be restricted or terminated for abuse, fraud, unauthorized attempts to bypass product controls, unlawful use, or material violation of these Terms.
Use of LeadHound is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
